Warranty

All our products have a one year warranty which covers any manufacturing faults or malfunctioning.

Our wooden sunglasses and wooden watches collections have been handcrafted with natural materials. Therefore they should be handled with care and looked after properly. 

It doesn’t cover anything that can be the cause of not looking after the product properly:

Wooden accessories collections 

  • Breaking due to the product being dropped or hit against any surface. 
  • If not placed on the cloth sachet we provide, the lencess can scratch if in contact with any other surface or material.   
  • For the lenses and wood, losing its color due to constant direct sunlight or getting wet. These are organic materials and inevitably will slightly lose colour with time.
  • The watches can resist a splash of water but are not waterproof. 
  • The watches work with a battery that can be replaced at any jewelry store. Replacement batteries are not covered nor are the straps.

Fitbuddy Home Gym

Each resistance band can support only a certain weight so it won’t cover:

  • Excess of weight applied to a single or more bands.
  • Used for other purposes which are not personal training.
  • Break or cut due to negligence and / or  improper use. 
  • They should be kept in a dry place and not in direct sunlight. 

All of our products are of excellent quality and are made to last. We use the very best materials which are resistant and keep their qualities. 

We are certain that all of our products will give you 100% satisfaction. However if you should have any issues or you have any concerns regarding any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

GENERAL REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

MONOOK™ has a 15 days money back guarantee on all products after being delivered but we will reserve the right to charge €10 for shipping and handling costs. 

If for any reason you would want to get a refund or exchange the product, before doing so, you must write to us at [email protected] so we can guide you with the process.  If what you want is an exchange, then of course we will let you know if the new product you’re looking for is in stock or when can you get it.

Please note, returns are at the cost of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty by MONOOK™.  We suggest you use a tracked form of post as MONOOK™ can not be held liable  for any lost or missing packages on route to our returns facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The product  should be returned within 15 days after delivery in the original packaging and without any sign of the products being used. 

Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you will be refunded within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. 

The time for the refund to show in your statement varies depending on the  financial institution. For more information, we recommend you to contact your financial institution.  

 

RETURNS POLICY

What is the returns period?

Our returns period expands to 30 days. Customers are to contact us within 30 days to proceed with a refund or exchange.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

May I return my order without informing you or without an RMA?

To ensure you receive proper instructions for returning your order, please contact us on [email protected] to initiate the returns process. 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected and deemed returnable, you will be refunded within 24 hours. Refunds typically take between 3-7 business days to reflect on your account. Please note, most financial institutions take an average of 3-7 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. Can I exchange my order?

Yes! We are happy to exchange your order within our 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy.

What is the exchange period?

All customers have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange their order.

Do I have to pay for the exchange shipping?

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you return your order using a tracked form of post as EzToned will not be responsible for lost packages.
